Hello, I regularly run a functional blood panel for all of my clients using your services, and I would strongly prefer that the option to add globulin to this panel becomes available.

Adding CAM in the Account section in Settings would help reduce inquiries to Support. We should link CAMs to Sales Managers on new LIS.

Cerebral Folate Deficiency has recently become on my radar for some of my patients but I am having a hard time finding testing options for Folate Receptor Autoantibodies (FRAAs / FRAbs) and thought this would be a nice addition to your Neural Zoomer Test (or as an individualized test).

I've found that the lab will call and leave a voicemail needing me to confirm DOB or time of collection for a patient sample. I would recommend utilizing email or text message to get ahold of providers instead of asking the provider to call into Vibrant to give this information that takes 1 second to give. If we need to confirm with a patient on time of collection, it wouldn't make any sense to call a provider to ask that information because we need time to ask the patient on time of collection. Email or text is best for efficient processes.

It would be so helpful if we had the option to create a login for an administrator or VA that allows them to help practitioners with ordering tests and downloading reports, but doesn't allow them full access to our account. At present, we can only give staff full access which allows them access to financial screens, and also they could potentially delete the practitioner as a user if they wanted to.

Adding the covid antibody test would be incredibly helpful along with the neuro zoomer

There is no good area to flag us of new results. The previous portal posted new resulted patients in order and once clicked on, wen't away. The new results that show stay in there so I have to write a note to myself of what patient I left off on so that I can stay organized for the next lab pulling moment.

The Food Sensitivity names on the pricing sheet do not match what is in the portal in some cases. The FS sample report includes both (IgG and IgA) and (IgG4 and C3D) causing confusion thinking that would be all the markers if you order the FS complete.

I would like to be able to connect provider accounts for a clinic so that I can search results for patients assigned to other providers within my clinic.
