I have to say that as a provider ordering tests, your site is awful! For instance when ordering food panels, you list 8 different tests, some a'la'carte and some panels, but I cannot see from the 'food sensitivity complete' what of the others are included there. It truly is mindboggling and I should not have to make an appointment with my rep just to order a darn test! This needs a complete overhaul! Even here, with this feedback, this particular aspect of the user interface is not included in the drop-down, so I have to choose 'other'.
Your company has a reputation for this btw and has people like me running to other labs for my ordering, just so that you know: you are losing orders! <Additionally, why not use bars on a table for your results rather than colored dots and numbers: mimic what US Biotek does: it is not proprietary, it's a colored bar showing intensity and is great for a quick reference! Also a longer report is not something to boast about: my patients do not need a description of what an apple or a Lima bean is on their report.
