Having "Patient Pay Later" option for ALL testing, even the kits that are often shipped to patients. (ie: Mycotoxins Mold) OR Have that option if you choose delivery method of "Supplied by Client/Office/Phlebotomist". We often have the supplies here in the office, but getting credit card info prior to them leaving makes it more difficult and time consuming. Also, I would rather the patient be responsible for payment options and entering their cc numbers. Thank you for allowing us to give input! :)
