clearer collection/test report page
It would be visually clearer on the patient's information page under "order status" to see "Order placed", "order mailed"- or just don't have this here, "order received by lab" (instead of processing which is misleading), then "order processing completed"

ox-LDL
I have several patients awaiting their ox-LDL results for over two weeks now, how is this even remotely possible. It's beyond the pale to take this long which was never a previous occurrence except in the last month or so. What's the problem with this test and why is it taking so long!?
