I have received patient feedback regarding poor experiences with some of the mobile phlebotomists contracted through Vibrant America. These issues are causing delays in care, creating patient dissatisfaction, and affecting the overall experience with lab testing that is already a significant financial investment for patients.
Below are a few examples copied and pasted from messages I have received:
"It has been an adventure to attempt to get my blood redrawn. Vibrant didn’t communicate with MediPro Direct so I’ve been on the phone with both companies. I’m awaiting a new appointment from MediPro."
"Nope still not done because of the waiting game for the mobile phlebotamist (spelling- lol). so i will go find a lab next week"
