Where to begin - the new reports are difficult to interpret with there being such variance in size of text (i.e. biomarker values are huge and all other text is small). I can accept most of them, but the new micronutrient report is convoluted, disorganized, and very difficult to showcase comparisons between intracellular and serum values. I appreciate the effort to create a better experience, but admittedly, this has been a big miss on VW's part. At the very least, please give the option for us to choose between the reports we download and share with clients.

Why is the Lectin Zoomer not included on the zoomer summary page on the food sensitivity tests? It would help patients to have them all together.

Please add back the lifestyle considerations to the Neural Zoomer Plus. This is a valuable asset that providers have indicated they use.

Can you please include all previous test markers on the Mycotoxins, Environmental toxins, and Heavy metals reports? For example, a provider will be running their third Mycotoxins test on a patient and wants to see the trend from the first test, second test, and third test on the same patient.

Gut Zoomer: The new reports take longer to go over with patients because of going up and down commensals and having eliminated the sections that categorized and referenced the research quality in stars. Neural Zoomer Plus: Would be great to please return the chart that summarized results on page 1

Please make the AI new feature a downloadable file so office staff can share that with the report to providers, especially for providers that do not access the portal.

Providers loved the graphs in the old Micronutrient reports. It provided a great visual for their patients and it providers could just look at the graphs to see if there was any improvement or not instead of looking at the numbers. Can we please bring the graphs back?

Please include the full comments that you have in the old report related to the imbalances or issues. Please include all comments, including the stars to id research, potential associated risk with hi-lights, and specific probiotic/supplements suggestions to help with problems, as well as, the negative sign behind the gram-neg bacteria. Please group the commensal bacteria together the way the old report shows. Thank you for your considerations and for fashioning these reports in ways that are easy to read, as well as, abundant in suggestions to help correct imbalances.

On the Gut Commensals section of the Gut Zoomer reports, providers are saying that they liked how in the old reports, the commensals were grouped by their associated risk, however they did not like that commensals were listed in multiple sections because they can be risk factors for multiple things. Can we add the associated risks with each commensal on the interpretation of the Gut Zoomer report, whether they were elevated or not?
