I wish the website had a feature to order collection supplies to office. Contacting the rep has been slow and filling out the form online doesn't even have all the options. If I need to order stool kits, Blood draw kits, and urine kits I have to wait forever to hear back from my rep. When other functional labs companies have an ordering feature on their portal super simple and easy.

There are more steps to accessing the results and downloading them than there were before. This new system is not user friendly. In the previous layout, when doing a Wheat Zoomer for example it was convenient and encouraging for the patient to see the "grouping" when their results were all negative. Now they can't see that.
