Not having all necessary information as the default (DOB, Gender, etc.) delays the release of results and slows the flow of operations. This should be an option that someone selects when going to check out, not the default considering that the standard has been to enter demographics

Hi team, In the Provider Portal, in the Order Test page, can we have the default selection land on the VW menu instead of the VA menu? This would save providers a click, and may help new providers navigate the portal more easily. Thank you!

I would like to be able to place a "ship to patient" order without entering the patient address. I would like my patient to complete the order by entering the rest of their information similar to the "patient pay later" process.
