Feature Requests

I wish the website had a feature to order collection supplies to office. Contacting the rep has been slow and filling out the form online doesn't even have all the options. If I need to order stool kits, Blood draw kits, and urine kits I have to wait forever to hear back from my rep. When other functional labs companies have an ordering feature on their portal super simple and easy.

It would save the practitioners and front desk a lot of time if the test kit instructions included recommendations for things to avoid before testing. For instance, a patient may not get the best results on their Gut Zoomer if they are taking antibiotics or on their neurotransmitters if they have had caffeine within 24 hours. Even just putting something on the collection instructions that says "These things may interfere with your results, please consult your ordering provider for whether you should discontinue the following:" This would also give our practitioners information on things they should be considering in the patient's plan when they prescribe your tests
