Hello Vibrant Leadership

I am reaching out regarding several lab results that are now overdue. This is an ongoing issue we been experiencing on and off since Jan 20206 and there is still NO consistent proactive communication process in place.

While delays can certainly happen, what has been most concerning is the lack of communication, follow-up, and explanation regarding these delays.

We rely on the timelines provided by Vibrant Wellness when setting expectations with our clients. When those timelines are not met—and there is no proactive communication explaining the delay—it puts us in a difficult position with the individuals who are waiting for their results and looking to us for answers.

At this point, I need:

A clear update on the status of the outstanding labs

An explanation for the delay

A FIRM date when the results will be completed.

Clarification on why there has not been proactive communication regarding the delay

We value our relationship with Vibrant Wellness, but it is becoming blatantly clear that proactive communication and dependable turnaround times are lacking and are of great concern.

Please have someone follow up with me directly via telephone regarding these outstanding labs and how this is being addressed moving forward.
