Report Ready Notifications - Add option for each completed test

Please add an option where an office can be notified when we report is completed within an order in addition to the full report. For example: Order consists of Wheat Zoomer and Gut Zoomer - please send an email notification when each report is complete.

Yes, we should allow the option for both a full report as well as individual test reports to let the providers choose.
I'm not sure I understand, but the same process we currently use to send report notifications via email
Yes, include the test name of the report and something that indicates it is an individual test and NOT the complete order.
