Ordering Test Kits Nightmare

I find ordering test kits for theoffice a very frustrating and confusing experience. I used to text the local sales rep who would take care of my order. Right now, the fairly new rep is either not responding or isn't an employee anymore? If you could create a button in the portal for in house test kits, that would be great. I know there is a form that will take me a lot fo time to download, fill out, scan, and email or fax to you. That creates a lot of work for me. It steals time from me. Can't you streamline this process?
