Horrible user interface

The interface is so user non-friendly! For example, I received an email stating that a patient's results were ready, and it brought me to the patient's page, where the "results" tab is virtually invisible-- from poor visual design. But "order status " was highlighted. You guys need somebody with good UI/UX experience (there are about 1000 in silicon Valley) to redo the site. I tire of wasting my time and your representative's time to do something simple like retrieve lab results.
Why can't we get a link to a result that actually links to a result? This is a huge problem, and I am sure that in time you will be losing business because of the provider-interface-chaos that I am sure that many of us have.
