An area just for "New" results!

There is no good area to flag us of new results. The previous portal posted new resulted patients in order and once clicked on, wen't away. The new results that show stay in there so I have to write a note to myself of what patient I left off on so that I can stay organized for the next lab pulling moment.

We have been having this same issue too and have been working with our rep/support for months, but nothing has worked. Makes it really frustrating on our end as we're having to pull lab results the day before patients are coming in, which ends in frustration if there are issues with payments pending or reports not being released on time. We also have some patients that don't schedule until their lab results are ready, but with the changes to the portal we either have to make huge lists of who is doing that and check in on their results daily, or we have patients falling through the cracks.
The old portal was SO much better and more convenient! I don't understand the changes. :(

Hi, we have a feature in the Home page that will populate in real time of New Reports under "Generated Reports" tab in the Updates section. Is this the kind of function you are looking for?

Kristine Legaspi No. The issue is that if you filter by "New Report" there are only like 5 reports that are actually "New" and have not been looked at, and the rest have been viewed and imported to the patient' charts already. With the old portal, once we viewed the report it would drop out of the "New Report" category and we didn't have to keep track of which ones we had already imported. I've also noticed that the order the "New" reports are presented in has no rhyme or reason. There will be the 5 actual "New" reports, and then suddenly the next report in the list is from 2 months ago, but there should be 50 other "New" reports between them.
