It would be wonderful if you offered a full CIRS panel, but in the very least the full HLA DRB1, 3, 4, 5, DQB1 panel- there is a HUGE growing need for this. Additionally, we need fibrinogen back please! I also recommend urine n-telopeptides or CTX and P1NP. Thank you!!

Vibrant should definitely offer NTx and CTx as stand-alone tests, instead of the Hormone Zoomer. Fibrinogen as a stand-alone test is a no-brainer. I don't know who's consolidating all these tests into mega-panels. Vibrant is literally giving business away to LabCorp/Quest and local labs that do these tests for small change.
