The new report format is glitchy and difficult to read

The new reports are SUPER hard to read! I wish the font size was a little smaller with more white space between section - the new format is overwhelming to me!
When I click on full report for the gut zoomer, it doesn’t include gut diversity, key ratios, or commensals. Which is strange considering it’s supposed to be ALL details. The only way I can include that on the report is if I also include the summary/interpretation, which is listed first, but I like to explain the results in context of the other labs, not just highlighting the “bad” ones.

The new reports are a massive downgrade, especially the micronutrient report.

Where to begin - the new reports are difficult to interpret with there being such variance in size of text (i.e. biomarker values are huge and all other text is small). I can accept most of them, but the new micronutrient report is convoluted, disorganized, and very difficult to showcase comparisons between intracellular and serum values. I appreciate the effort to create a better experience, but admittedly, this has been a big miss on VW's part. At the very least, please give the option for us to choose between the reports we download and share with clients.

Hi There,
I just read that you are ending the legacy reporting option in January of 2025. I am requesting that you keep that reporting option as it is so much easier to read. I do not think everyone needs to see the scales next to the values. It is great that you have both options for test reporting and I hope you will continue to do so.
Thanks for your consideration.

Legacy reports were difficult enough to interpret without consult - the new ones are 100 times worse. Not even CDC/alt criteria pos or negative. Please think about ease of use for clinicians!!

Legacy Summery report not working properly

When I download the Legacy Summary report, it's almost never correct. It's missing some completed labs. I would really like to use this option as we don't like the look of the Beta Summary report.

PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE LEGACY REPORTS!

Please do not remove access to the Complete Legacy Report that includes the patient education pages. The new report is not acceptable in comparison to the legacy report. We will have to consider alternative labs if that's the best you can offer. I see many others have created a post here expressing the same concern. Please reconsider the removal of the legacy reports. They really make Vibrant stand out as a lab. Thank you!

Keep the Legacy Reports

I HATE the new report format. It is awkward, visually overwhelming and does not seem to have been designed by somebody who actually has to use these reports. That said, you can have them if you want, but please continue to have the option for me to print up the legacy reports....I can deal with an extra couple of steps in order to have the data presented in a manner that is usable,

New reports - awful

I just saw the notification that January 2025 vibrant will no longer have the PDF lab reports called "Legacy Reports" and switch to the Beta version. That bums me out soooooo much. The new lab report viewing is really hard on the eyes, I don't think it makes sense for the numbers to be so much larger than the marker itself and the colors are a little obnoxious.
The old lab reports I could easily run through and view the markers quickly, in about 5 minutes and the way the new one is set up it takes about 15-20 minutes to interpret the results because everything is so close together and almost "louder" and more jumbled. It's not as easy to see what number is related to what marker because the marker on the left is written so small and it's not as easy to reference the reference range on the right because it's written as a horizontal bar as opposed to just the number range..
If there's anything that can be done to keep the old reports running for as long as possible I'd really appreciate it :(
I've been having my assistant download the legacy reports for me instead of the new version for the past few months because it's much easier for myself and patients to analyze.
I will be using a different lab company if we don't have access to the old reports in the futre

Legacy Reports - Our Providers and patients like the Legacy form of the Reports. They are easy to read and interpret. The newer format is not. We hope that you will keep the Legacy format available.

Bring back the Legacy Report

Please allow us to download the Legacy reports still! The new reports are confusing, repetitive, and overwhelming with all the colors. No complaints with the Legacy reports, please consider allowing us to download these still or we will consider other labs
